The ex-president is alright. A bullet took off the top portion of his ear but he avoided the other 8 or 9 bullets.
But a man in the crowd was hit in the head and died instantly. 😱😰😖

@IlaiaCorde Some people say USSS accidentally shoot someone while neutralizing the shooter, some say only 7 shots were fired. We best wait few days for a real report.

@DavidianMillerian Yup, bullet reportly grazed his ear. He was bleeding and was escorted out. He will be fine most likely. 1 person in the audience died and 2 others in critical condition. The shooter was also killed

I wonder what would've happen if the assassination succeeded. Would it bring more harm than benefits?

It succeeding would be terrible I think. Right after, the political unrest would be huge resulting in conspiracy theories and probably riots, maybe even another January 6th type thing. It also could lead some others in the future to attempt this sort of thing
