Title couldn't be any longer

when you can't come up with an original title for your manga so you just use the plot as the title

It's a nowadays average (long) title, the long ones are two sentences instead of just one for the title. The literal translation is "My body is being targeted by the Latina, the dark brown girl", but probably they translate it in active tense "Latina, the tanned girl, is after my body!".

A little hard to tell from the couple synopses I read, but is her name literally 'Latina?'

(If I had ever had a daughter, somehow 'Whitey' doesn't seem like it would have made the name list....)

Agreed, but some of the language refers to her not as 'a Latina' but simply as 'Latina,' which would imply that's her name. Early days, so maybe it's a translation error that will be clarified later.
