Well unsure on how much time could pass before Teasday answer you, but in the site rules is mentioned (rule 1.1)

Only titles that are in the comic styles of Japanese, Korean, Chinese or of similar Asian origin are allowed. Exceptions can be made for self-published comics in a similar style originally created in other languages if you contact MangaDex staff beforehand.

For self-published comics, contact a moderator (probably preferably on Discord) and send them a sample of your work. The staff will then decide whether it would qualify.
