true. if those types of milk were cheaper (or same price) than normal milk, i would only drink them. I can only drink cow milk if it is really cold, so I dont taste it lol
Have you never heard of lactose-free milk? You can still drink cow (or goat for instance) milk that way, it's just that the more things you remove from the milk the less uses it has. Besides, not everyone is intolerant from the moment they're born (China is the worst place in that sense), over the years several intolerancies trigger out and the most common is that one. Imagine yourself thirty years later when one day cow milk no longer sits you well, you'll need to change your eating habits from then on.
