As far as I'm aware Indian food culture is about eating with hands, and from Persia to Turkey they use other utensils, so saying Asian race is nothing but Chinese supremacism.

I prefer the other Japanese way of eating sushi, with hands. But to be honest, I prefer if the rice is warm and topped with fried egg and beef as a good gyudon. Also some people prefer oyakodon, but at this point I switch to shimaidon.

i like eating sushi with my hands too, also it techically means you dont gotta wash a knife and fork so thats an added bonus

If you can eat korean style stew with a fork, then you have my respect. I would rather eat with a chopstick when it comes to side dishes.
