Aren't girls falling in love with men somewhat normal? Personally never seen it, but it seems very common in mass media

Since English isn't my first language, what was that means? Cuz I'm afraid I'm wrongly guessing the meaning. 🤔🤔

@athayanezant TS girl would translate to "Trans sexual girl", a former boy turned girl. But in Japanese media, the word "Trans sexual" does not carry the same connotation as it carries in the western media, TS girls in Japanese mangas are usually "Boys who have magically transformed into girls suddenly", or in other cases A man gets reborn as a girl in another world.

Nope, I meant the original one (I discussed that with panda in the anime subforum). Maria Holic is another example (both manga and anime) of a best boi being best girl.

Nope, Genderswap is a change of a main character sex and lasts either all the series or most of it, Gender Bender means that it changes frequently (either at will, regularly, when conditions are met, etc.). Ranma 1/2 is the prime example of Gender Bender because it changes constantly with a simple mechanic, but someone who stays all the time the other sex like Onimai is Genderswap. Cross-dressers, no matter how magical they seem, are traps/reverse traps. Magical Girls that change sex while transformed are Gender Bender.
