I think you must bring her to hospital for x-ray check. Just to make sure everything is fine. Cuz we don't know what happened to the bone after some shocks.

Yep, I don't know about Madagascar healthcare system but better be sure than sorry. Not being able to walk can be simply the shock from falling and she's perfectly fine later though. I never broke a bone from falling, but I got other injuries.
