Where did you want to post them in the end, here in MangaDex, in Namicomi or elsewhere? If it's here, first you need to create a title (mainsite left column, the + next to "Titles") and one it's created it'll appear in the results. You go in and click on "Upload Chapter" more or less at the centre of the title page, add the metadata, choose the pages and upload.

Yes, that's something you were told and I assumed you've already messaged someone, I'm not on the Discord server so I can't do it on your behalf. I for instance got a quick answer from Bravedude this month, check who's more active lately and talk to them. The other User Created titles normally have an entry on sites like Namicomi, so they don't need permission from here, but of course you don't need to trouble yourself elsewhere. It's important that the author themselves talk to them, not only to provide evidence, but also to explain what they want to do.

As for the tags themselves, read the related threads on Tutorials subforum so you get it right, loli for instance is only used for Suggestive or higher explicitness works, so yours doesn't apply. As for GL, nothing points that yet, but only you know the story (you can add them later), for now I'd use 4-koma and User Created (format), Comedy for genre and no target population. I can help you with some parts, but you need to carry it out.
