It amazes me how a president failed that badly to do something like that

Not much just the president declaring martial law for 8 hours I think(not sure exactly how long) before being forced to stop it

Imagine having dinner, going to MangaDex to read your daily updates and hearing from TV that the president is declaring Martial Law. Then people jump to the streets asking the arrest of president Yoon and clashing in some places with police/army, just to know two hours later the parliament was having an urgent meeting to call off the Martial Law that the president had declared, surprising their own political party. More or less at dawn the president decided to accept the result of the vote to derogate the decree. Now the request of impeachment is registered an his future is doomed.

Were he not popular how even he have the presidency office in the first place?

@Basic_human He was elected with hope of righteousness, but as the time went on, people realised that he wasn't really the best choice. Now most people are waiting for him to finish his term and go away.
