My father happened to live in Russia for about a year for works and experienced a winter there [you could search how low the temperature of their winter], and yknow what happened to him? Almost all his leg hair loss, his skin whitened but feels dry as fck and it hurts no matter how much moisturizer he put on it still feels dry and kinda itchy.

I personally wear trench coat all year around, it does get a bit stuffy and you get weird looks during summer, but if you really want to look fashionable, then you should go for it. Honestly, tbh. The place where I live doesn't really have winter or summer, it's always around 25°C all year around.
