You should consider to use the bbcode version with a warning and inside the blurred version (which is not enough I can tell you) [SPOILER="warning pornographic content ahead"][/SPOILER] , the blurry is not enough, also because this is an embed image, updating the comment will fail, is better to delete it and make a new one
