It's like with a drug dealer : the first dose is free. Instead with windows, you have a free sample on your computer. And you should think of the compagny environement. Onedrive, outlook and teams baked made 90% of the computer use case in a compagny. I've make a few deployments and having everything baked in Windows is so usefull ! And that's why the anti-trust should take a look at the situation.

The TPM 2 was a mistake, they have relaxed it a few weeks ago because Win11 don't have any success.

@UnnamedPlayer is it true? I can't find information about this, I'm planing to install Mint in an old laptop, but if windows 11 is an option I could go with that

It's a partial relaxing : you can install Windows 11 on a computer without TPM 2.0, with a specific installation process, but you won't have some form of support (windows update will work). Don't know the specific procedure, i've just see articles during december.

That sounds like the script that Rufus uses, yeah support is not guarantee, it breaks during a mayor upgrade :meguuusad:

I think I'd ever use outlook, but... I can't remember it correctly, it's like for mailing or something? Idk. I'm too young now, I can't remember everything from the past :aquadrink:
