It's like with a drug dealer : the first dose is free. Instead with windows, you have a free sample on your computer. And you should think of the compagny environement. Onedrive, outlook and teams baked made 90% of the computer use case in a compagny. I've make a few deployments and having everything baked in Windows is so usefull ! And that's why the anti-trust should take a look at the situation.
The TPM 2 was a mistake, they have relaxed it a few weeks ago because Win11 don't have any success.

It's a partial relaxing : you can install Windows 11 on a computer without TPM 2.0, with a specific installation process, but you won't have some form of support (windows update will work). Don't know the specific procedure, i've just see articles during december.
I think I'd ever use outlook, but... I can't remember it correctly, it's like for mailing or something? Idk. I'm too young now, I can't remember everything from the past
