I think my country government had plans like this before.
The school year will start at March and end at November
(instead of the September to June system).
It was an interesting idea since November to March are the hot/cyclonic season in my country.
Like, heck, as I am writting this, it is still raining like crazy outdoors.
But even with that, the main problem is that June is the month where the Madagascar Independence Day is in (precisely June 26th) and people was against the idea of returning to work just after such big event.
