How interesting, I see two normal users so far who have custom titles with their selected obsession:

I wonder if there's more out there no one has discovered yet.. I'm very curious.

i have an idea
we get a few regulars or people who have nothing better to do to go through like every username on the database

count how many have a unique title

[make sure that the [people know how to identify a unique title/ the normal titles]

Waht? How? Can someone explain the phenomenon? Tbh I really want it.
I will use dex-chan lover still, but add some like, "dex-chan lover, but she love her boyfie more" or something like that

I don't think I have come across anyone else with a customised title (except the Staff) except these two.

@athayanezant You have to contact the staff for that, you can't get an customized title by yourself.
