Explanation:- Robin can be read in two ways in this context, Robin as Rob in and other being Robin as Robin hood, Robin hood steals from the rich in power, and banks would be an accurate representation of it in modern times, and the second part is simple because "He is back" can simply be written as he has returned.👍
