This may or may not be the right answer but..
If I am guessing correctly it should be Tokyo Magnitude 8.0? Subway Surfers might be referring to Tokyo's almost endless subway network and Kaiju might be referring to the size of the earthquake? and the anime was also re-run after the 2011 earthquake in Japan.
