@athayanezant faithful, crazy, and honest or any combination of these three but faithful takes priority, crazy people are dime a dozen and sometimes can be too much to handle, I'm okay with honest even if it is under many layers, like onions or shrek.

@athayanezant I'll have you know I reached unc status (30) recently. And from my perspective I prefer my age or younger, or +1y tops. Regarding experience either is fine, there's a charm to the inexperience but it's also nice someone who knows how things work. There's a lot of nuance there though, the best I can do is to adapt, survive, and maybe overcome.
