Yeah it's real but unused, probably was going to be used in the love hotel event with Miu but was too obscene for Danganronpa standards.
About your second question. I don't know, I didn't really like the ending of Danganronpa V3 so I wouldn't want them to ruin it even more. I haven't played any of the fangames though, any recommendations?
