the website known as wikipedia , alas ; I must , regretfully , inform You that the term , although correct and do exists , is misleading to use as the eyes of Ms. Fuwa does not suffer from dermatochalasis but rather from Another condition named as - lest I understand the term wrong I beg of You understanding - Periorbital hyperpigmentation ( Infraorbital ) - nonetheless You are correct to point out that more girls with Black circles under Their eyes need to appear in literature.
