That depends of factors, like the release schedule of the title and/or the group working on it, Mangdex in itself is just a hosting platform for fan translations

It's alone. The release of chapters solely depends on the group that's translating it. If the group translating it really wants to release the English translations, it might be as fast as within the new hours of the original chapter release. But generally, the groups doesn't necessarily follow a specific schedule. It's not like Webtoon.
Mangadex doesn't have any dates.
