Yes. This usually will happen when a user is banned, I've seen it happen with @Devourer where I couldn't see him in my follow list even though I am following him as you can see below. My guess is MinecraftStory is banned after yesterday debacle.

As Banana said, he's banned since yesterday and so is Sahkuh, they probably recieved one month ban after that shitshow. Also, you can look at the "Start Conversation" button, It vanishes when a user is banned. Not the best indicator since you can manually turn the option by yourself but it helps identifying a banned user much easier.

Although I may know that I wasn't the Main participant of that exchange betwixt Them , It feels like fooling the death Once again - as I did , indeed , post one or two comments.
