Just buy a hair clipper (not sure if it's the right word) and shave your head & your beard. Very economical and it give you a +5 buff in charisma.

Rich youngsters ask their mums to do it because they can't trust third parties. Maybe you should do the same (you can save money that way).

Also, the flamethrower is always an option.
