It's because of the emoji, here on profile posts editing is hell if it's not all message (just ask @BakedBanana for advise). So five in the blink of an eye, huh? Now you can pose as an old man or... a ganster?

Try chewing some gum, or sloshing water aggressively. The chewing gum may sound weird but it helps squeeze out stuff that's a bit deeper between the teeth sometimes.
I'm gonna get 5 molars soon, the surgeon will probably need to open my drain puss from my face too.
