Google might have gotten round the Obeserver Effect. A theory that you cannot determine both the speed and position of a very small thing without effecting it.
If I understand correctly, google's quantum chip uses quantum entanglement principles to observe quantum state without effecting the position or speed.
I think it might be a possibility created by building a quantum computer. It's already part of the quantum layer, and can observe the quantum layer. And can then pass that information on to us. Maybe?
