Older or younger brother?

My brother on the other hand got to be an off for a poetry competition not even a competitor and my family cared sooo much. The year after he participated didn’t even make it to the second round and my family again cared sooo much I the next year got 5th place not the best but the others were so good! My family just said congratulations and moved on.

Omg also grades from school I always got all As he got two cs the year I got all As but no one commented on my As every year but he got all As once and my family was so happy our mom got him a treat I got a b once just once the rest were all As and she said she was disappointed in me. It just pisses me off because I’m objectively better but he gets all the praise! I guess it just hurts cause I’m always trying so hard to get their praise learn another language get an award go to an Ivy League college but I should just give up
