The European citizens initiative on video game preservation is closing on July 31st. It's still a long way from reaching the required 1 million signatures with only 5 weeks left as of today, but it has received a lot of activity recently, with almost 100k signatures being added in the past two days. Even if it only maintains a little over a fourth of that momentum going forward, it could manage to reach 1 million signatures before the deadline.

Google might have gotten round the Obeserver Effect. A theory that you cannot determine both the speed and position of a very small thing without effecting it.

If I understand correctly, google's quantum chip uses quantum entanglement principles to observe quantum state without effecting the position or speed.

I think it might be a possibility created by building a quantum computer. It's already part of the quantum layer, and can observe the quantum layer. And can then pass that information on to us. Maybe?
