This has been a concern to the moderators of MangaDex ever since Chapter 32.
Now, for anyone (preferably a mod/admin of the site) who's looking to fix it, I have made a Spreadsheet way back for the Original Numbering (the ones uploaded in MangaDex) to the Actual/Correct Numbering. I've also included some notes in the next column, because some scanlators uploaded the correct numbering.
