There was this manga that had a flashback of some kindergarten girl getting bullied by other little girls because they thought she was acting cute and cozying up to the boys, when in reality the boys were also bullying her. Basically bullies being bullies and generally shitty little kids. This guy had the nerve to say the bullies were justified and the little girl needed to be taught a lesson for interacting with the boys first. Everyone flamed him for it, we all came to the conclusion that he was either ragebaiting or a fucking retarted human being.

Apparently he does this often cause there's a comment from last year here asking about the banned title.
