Not so random, here people put whatever names and you can change your given name. In fact, here you could have all seasons names in yours since you can have two names (including composite ones) and two surnames. You can legally be called "Joseph-Marie John-Charles Baker Smith" if you want, just change it for whatever. One Japanese name that's popular nowadays here is "Yuki".
