It's strange, because anti-depressants tend to increase cognition (they did for me a decade ago). Anxio-depressive disorders destroy your intelligence and meds help you recover it. Maybe it's temporary and it will wane after a few weeks, after your brain have adapted to it and the drugs have started to works. So don't choose : don't stop your meds and wait for your writing skill to return from furlough.
