Also, there are differences between calories. The ones you want are the long chain ones, that take a lot more effort to be digested.

My friend does fast walking for 30 minutes. 3 times a day after meals. It's good for asthma patient. Maybe you could start with just walking for 10-15 minutes. Again, please eat your meals in a proper portions and proper time. I think that's fine.
