This is some lore of the recent past, in 2021-22 there was a trend (on Twitter) of making original comic pages for one-hundred days among the Japanese, and it ought to be without breaks. Murasakino did it but slowing down the releasing speed on the last third (many mangaka fell ill or hurt themselves during the period, she was no exception). So she decided it was going to be yuri focused (her specialty) and did it, I read everyday what she had drawn and holy moly.

Before that there was another trend about "X things will happen in 100 days", usually in really short chapters on Twitter/Pixiv, and some authors put it as a premise for manga series (both parodies and original ones). One example here.
