I'd for once like to read an isekai title, where each time the MC tries to introduce a food, the locals go "oh X, yeah, we have that" or "isn't that just Y, but more complicated?". Even Ice cream dates back to 17th century, if not a lot earlier. Add in some cultivars not being made yet and you'd have an interesting tale, too bad there is maybe only one author autistic enough to do this.
