Halloween aka All Hallow's Eve is not really that much of an event in most of the world. The British isle's had that samhain that fused into the Christian tradition and eventually was regurgitated upon the rest of the world by US of A.

No one really seriously outside of the states does anything on Halloween.

Halloween means manga fan and original art, that's all my interest. I completely ignore it, here we have an important fair/artisan-medieval market for All Saints' Day week. So just an excuse to eat a lot and buy unique products.

Everybody worked up about Halloween, and no one wants to celebrate All Saints' Day.
