Well, because it's light hearted. Good to read at the moment but not having a long impact on reader. So reader feel nice for a day then forgot move ahead.

But light hearted series like Flower Bloom with dignity is talked about in a lot of instance tho.

It is also weird that despite how popular it is, there isn't really merch, fanworks, etc in a noticeable amount.

It started in 2011, 14 years ago, it's old stuff. Most mangas started in this period are not well remembered, except the very most popular. And romance wasn't popular at the time, battle shonen like attack on titan were the real and only stuff.
