Actual Montessori is something I do consider worthy changing our (German) education system towards. Ideally there would be multiple systems, with regular checks of what kind of education style works on the educatee.

how does Montessori education works?

@Cloverfieldo In short: It is about creating an environment where a child can learn independently at their own pace, focussing on fostering the natural love of learning in humans that standard education systems are pretty good at ruining.

Like basically all educational models, Montessori works better for some students than others - I would agree that an ideal overall system would allow for students to be slotted into a model suitable for their learning style. As with most things, the big problem is money, with the secondary issue of finding enough genuinely dedicated qualified teachers. So instead, everyone needs to have their essay on 'Romeo and Juliet' in by the end of the week.

@Angry_Panda Montessori at least solves the "Lack of Teachers" Problem by being intended that the children mostly learn independently, with minor assistance.
