This is the current look on mine, I didn't see any ads anymore on mobile version, and I'd never put Adblock on for Mangadex.

My adblocker has an option to disable it for certain sites, so I deactivated on MangaDex

I turned off my adblock for Mangadex, but I did use CSS editing to make the advertisement on the Feed smaller and less intrusive.
