Philoshophy is that part of history of literature where more unreadable works pile up, and German authors from XVIII to XX are particularly terrible to be read. Just try reading Hegel, Schopenhauer, Husserl or Heidegger, they make look Kant, Marx or Nietzche like they were good writers.
