Did they thought the sun revolved around the earth like the old ages? Or like, they both are rotating?

I don't exactly know but I think they thought the earth was just rolling around space with no regards for the sun lmao

Could be worse, my lil nephew thought the Moon was a dormant egg of a space monster cause he thought "The Moon Woke Up" was a real documentary.

My classmates saw a remarkably yellow moon once, so they thought the moon is made of cheese.

They were not serious, they did it to troll the teacher. I had a few instance of that during my short carrer in the public education.

One day a dangerous asteroid heading to earth and the moon able to block it, as if the moon is sentient. The people of earth start to make religion that worship the moon

fast forward thousands of year, the religion popularity start to decline. The space race start, and landing on moon it realized one thing like in the video, that thing is alive. The one who's forgotten turn out to be true horror. It's like embryo from dark gathering, that feed on soul of sentient being on earth.
