3 ripe avocados. If you have smaller avocados, get half of a white onion. If you have larger acocados, use the entire onion. Mince the onion. Cut the avocados in half, lengthwise. Remove the seed and skin. Put the avocado halves into a large bowl, and mash them with a fork or masher.
Stop mashing avocado when smooth-ish with small-ish chunks. Chop some cilantro, and add it in, along with 2 pinches of salt and the onion that you minced earlier.
