Your best options are either contact specific teams that have similar taste or make something like a scanlation request like in the monthly megathread in reddit r/scanlation or a scanlation request post in r/manga which has a specific format, like this one.

The site has a subforum for scanlation teams but directly posting a request for a title to be picked is against the rules, and is more for people to create/advertise groups and available positions that can or can't scanlate specific titles, also check the rules before posting in that subforum
