I agree, and used to find it really weird until 2 seconds ago.
Why would they and reply in their own language as if everything else on the website isn't foreign, even if they copy-pasted it into Google TL?
Then I realized browsers have a feature that auto-translates the entire page. They might not even know you're writing in a different language lmao
