As clarification, it's not mean that I fully hating web-based app, guys. I'm not hating PWA or something like that. But, back before, people downloading WA on their PC since the native help them saving more memory (RAM), also it helping them to not wasting time to open the browser and opening WA web. But, forcing PWA on the previous native app, for me, is a bad move.(Next)
It's make the pc running two task (the app and the browser to support the app) simultanously. It's a bad move since WA also serving a lot of people that only having a low spec devices. So yeah, maybe my complaint is quite long but thank you wasting your time here
Also, I hate it when the company is actually fully able to make the native one. But, to saving their budgets or else, the customer experience got sacrificed. That's actually my point hehe~
Guys, I think make a mistake. I misunderstanding the webview based app as PWA. But yeah, my opinion is still same. The strictly native app is better than webview based, specially when it comes from big tech company services.
@athayanezant
In summary, I hate webview app that coming from big corporate like Meta. It feels like they just want to cut the budget but sacrificing our deivce ability.
@Evans01
Ah... I see. I'm sorry for I being this rude, for more serious shit, my father asked me to bring Meta down just because some time ago he saw that floating AI search toogle on WhatsApp mobile app and it was disturbed him a lot for making a new message.
@athayanezant No prob, I never mind it anyway. Lol Meta is such wasting their budget on that shitty Llama Meta AI, yet still failed. The accuracy is bad, the answer still hallucinating, and the user still far from the daily user of ChatGPT, Gemini, or any big AI player there. But they still forcing us to using their AI even on our WhatsApp and Facebook lol
