After your point, I decided to only read GayComics from Tagame Gengoroh. I find the male leads less creepy. They know how to enjoy their life.

I read a lot of shoujo manga, and the trope I hate most is the male MC treats the female MC like trash, yet she remains in love with him.

I think it's an old and incomplete view of the shojo genre. And even so, it can be someone else fantasies.
And, some shojo publishing teams are sometimes very masculine, don't forget that the taitosha have a huge impact on the story and their characters.

That's why, go read Yumi Tamura's works (Yay Basara ! for example) or other good shojosei authors' works.

But specifically about shoujo: I can think of many titles that portray healthy relationships and nice male leads. Very few are toxic

I mostly refer to the ones that don't seem to be aware of the concept of personal space or shit like this:

Also, a lot of the ML's in that villainess anthology.
