Just in case you really don't know (since I believe you mentioned you haven't read/seen the material it's based on); It's Kogane. A character from Jujutsu Kaisen. He changed his pfp when he started his JJK themed event; the forum culling game. Kogane's role in JJK is basically an AI assistant for every player in the culling game.
