Science is just the devil's sweet lies to trick us into worshipping petty human constructs. It is a trick to get us to reject God's plan for us on this mortal plane of existence.
Repent now child, or else your soul will be doomed to eternal damnation in the fiery pits of Hell.

Talking about the Flat Earth. The Science song is kind of a meme, but I really like this one from the same artist

What an... interesting video, I guess? Kinda felt like someone that never learning science seriously, then thinking that science boy/girl is a nerdy cult that try something weird, seems technological, and pretty dangerous. Or else. But I think that's just a part of his comical (or in this era, "kind of meme"). But, the tempo, the melody, and any else is quite refreshing though. Nice music.

This song peaked on the charts in both the U.S. and Canada in 1982. Fun fact: The guy screaming "SCIENCE!" was actually a British scientist.

Thomas Dolby is considered a one-hit wonder, but he made many more serious and less strange songs in his career.

It's a very period, broadly New Wave piece - a fair amount of repetition, not a lot of harmonic development or building toward a climax, loose structure. It's not quite a one chord song but it's pretty close. If you did it today, it would be a bunch of loops; Dolby could have used MIDI but did everything manually. It's a fun throwback - not really an all-time great in my mind, but a good representative song from the era.
