Bit of Moz trivia:
She is immortal, and even when eaten, she will live on as a parasite inside whoever ate her, and when shat out, will just regenerate anyway. She would love being eaten just for the thrill of it.

My race passively absorbs ether from the surrounding environment with the end goal of reaching the supreme god emperor realm of cultivation. We eat silver, gold, copper, nickel, platinum, osmium, and uranium, along with silicon based non-sentient lifeforms and precious gemstones. We cannot reproduce naturally, so we involve a magic ritual in which the two partners each cut off their left hand and affix it to a gemstone before planting it in their garden.

Fun fact: if a living being with a soul is absorbed along with a gemstone, then they can be born again from the one who absorbed them as one of us, effectively changing their race.
