I usually just typed it on my phone's note [Manga/Anime Name], Chapter/Episode num, status. Optional note.

Example:
1. Koisuri (Otome), Ch. 76, Ongoing. Let it simmer for few months.

Hmmm ,not in my case. I only use MAL or this site. But I'm lazy and disorganized 😅

I used to do that, until the list reached the thousands, so after that I went:
