Pixiv allows lewds, you could make an account there to upload your more riske stuff if you want. I have seen english users there too.

This is the only site where im not bending the knee to twitter people as user shijima yup
These are split into two separate accounts and even the characters are different
I drew a character from my shijima account in that light so if people were to notice it wouldn't be good
