sounds like you got a phone from a pretty unreputable brand, my redmi doesn't do that

Using pro mode is a good idea but I'm pretty sure every phone has some way to turn off AI enhancements. You just gotta look for it.

@hahano it's Samsung. Your Redmi probably do this as well, as my old Redmi did this too.
Try took a picture of a bookshelf or something, about 1 metter away from it, then zoom in on the picture after it was taken, take a look of the texts on book coves. There's a noticable different between normal and Pro mode on my phone when I do this, even though the range is the same and the picture look almost identical when not zooming in.

Have you tried turning off Screen Optimiser or anything else that seems to use AI? It kinda works

@Dverin_Oshiban_Duren mine is a mid-range phone, it barely have AI features. If only they get rid the auto enhancement as well.
